# Benoît Richard remporte le Challenge Sthar by Routin 2026

Six finalistes issus d'écoles hôtelières de toute la France se sont affrontés ce lundi 30 mars au Lycée Hôtelier Lesdiguières de Grenoble, à l'occasion de la 4e édition du **Challenge Sthar by Routin**. Chaque candidat a présenté deux créations originales, avec et sans alcool, et c'est finalement **Benoît Richard**, élève en école hôtelière à Lannion, qui a convaincu le jury avec ses créations *James Cock* et *Esprit Végétal*.

Il succède ainsi à **Louis Gardinier**, lauréat de l'édition précédente, tandis que **Rémy Bonnet** (Argenton-sur-Creuse) a décroché le 2e prix, suivi d'**Amélie-Rose Bresson** (Tain-l'Hermitage) en 3e position.

**Kyllian Zorzenove** (Tarbes), également finaliste, a reçu pour sa part le prix spécial vidéo. **Kévin Le Barzic** (Lannion) et **Sacha Bollard** (Campus de Groisy) complétaient pour leur part le plateau de cette finale.
