# Christian Drouin HighBall Contest 2023 : en route pour la finale

Pour son concours de cocktails *highball*, **Christian Drouin** a demandé aux bartenders de produire des recettes minimalistes de *High Balls* à base de ses Calvados ou de sa Blanche. 

71 bartenders à travers toute la France ont participé aux sélections, et ce sont finalement 12 d'entres eux qui ont été retenus pour la finale à venir, le 26 Septembre au **Copperbay** (Paris) :

- **Julie Martin** (**Amaro**, Paris)
- **Léo Pruvot** (**Tempête**, Toulouse)
- **François Xavier Sanchiz** (**Le Ritz Bar**, Paris)
- **Enzo Sargologos** (**Divine**, Paris)
