Ils étaient ainsi 12 survivants à s'affronter en live devant un jury composé de **Hyacinthe Lescoet** (**The Cambridge Public House**), **Julien Escot** (**Aperture**, Montpellier) et **Mauro Mahjoub**.

A l'issue des différentes épreuves de la journée, c'est finalement **Niels Pasquereau**, du bar **19:33** à Nantes, qui a été sacré et qui succède à **Léa Rouel** (**The Cambridge Public House**), lauréate de l'édition 2022.

Il a devancé **Lisa Rotoni** (**Abricot**, Paris) et **Julien Lecharpentier** (**Maybourne Riviera**, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin).
