# Les dernières tendances cocktails selon Ivy Mix (Leyenda)

Parmi celles-ci, elle note une popularité croissante des cocktails à base de bière, ainsi qu'une demande en hausse pour les saveurs épicées / piquantes. 

Par ailleurs, **Ivy Mix** constate que le mouvement vers la modération ne ralentit pas, avec des consommateurs commandant des versions de cocktails à faible teneur en alcool (aka *low-ABV*), ou alternant entre boissons alcoolisées et non alcoolisées au cours d'une même soirée.

Autre tendance notable : l'utilisation de sodas maison dans les *highballs*.
