# The Old Soul

## Ingrédients

- 60 ml de **Craigellachie** 13 ans (2,21 unités d’alcool)
- 10 ml de sirop d'ananas
- 2 traits de bitters **Bokers**
- 1 tranche d'ananas déshydraté
- 1 zeste de citron

## Méthode

Ajoutez tous les ingrédients dans un verre à whisky et remuer. Ajoutez des glaçons dans le verre et remuez pour diluer et réfrigérer pendant environ 30 secondes. Garnir d'un zeste de citron et d'une tranche d'ananas déshydratée. Dégustez !
